Adding a Shared Contact

  1. Select ‘CONTACTS’ on the toolbar
  2. Select ‘New’ under the Contact Directory 
  3. Fill out details for the new shared contact

Adding a Patient-Specific Contact

  1. Select ‘PATIENTS’ on the toolbar
  2. Search and select the patient for whom you want to add a contact
  3. Under the ‘Patient Info’ tab select ‘Add Patient-Specific Contact’
  4. Fill out details for the new patient-specific contact

Contact Details

First Name : First name of the contact

Last Name : Last name of the contact

Role : Description of the contact

Email : Email Address to receive alerts

Phone (SMS) : The phone number to receive text alerts

Phone : The phone number to receive audio alerts

Active : Disable to block alerts to this contact

Allow Cancellation : Allows contacts to cancel alerts

Default Alert Level : Minimum alert level to start receiving alerts, Can be configured for each destination

DND Start Time : Suppress alerts after this time

DND End Time : Suppress alerts before this time

DND Max Alert Level : Alerts above this level ignore DND

Time Zone : What time zone the DND is set to
